BALANCE CHANGES

Banshee

Banshee's Wail:

• Fixed a description error: Not only bosses, but also mini bosses are prevented from using their abilities.

Frost

Chains of Ice:

• Fixed a description error: Not only bosses, but also mini bosses are prevented from using their abilities.

Bombardier

• No longer prevents stunned targets from using their abilities.

WHY?

• All bosses are now vulnerable to having their abilities disabled. Use of their abilities will be delayed for the duration of the block. If the boss has already started to use an ability, then the ability won’t be interrupted by the block.
• Along with the developing new content comes the standardization of unit effects and the level of their effect on monsters and bosses. This means, in turn, that the basic mechanics of a common unit are just as powerful as the effects of legendary units. The ability to disable others’ abilities for the Bombardier will be moved into talents, which will appear in one of the later updates.
